Faith Pierce grew up outside the small town of Schulenburg, Texas, where her first jobs included waiting tables at a Catholic retreat center, selling kolaches and donuts at the local bakery, and working overnight shifts at Whataburger, among others. At 19, she packed up her car and moved with her son to Missouri, and has been there ever since.
Faith began writing seriously shortly after finishing college. Starting out, horror was one of the last things she expected to write, but after a nightmare she couldn’t get out of her head, she decided to turn it into a short story. From there, a fledgling interest in horror movies grew into a genuine love for the genre. Her published work includes a handful of short stories featured on The NoSleep Podcast and published with Kandisha Press, Cemetery Gates, and Scare Street. Her debut novel THE FACE YOU WEAR came out with Crystal Lake Publishing in 2022.
Outside of writing, Faith works in marketing, managing the website of a health system. Her other interests include Brazilian jiu jitsu, yoga, cooking, gardening, exploring nature, and taking road trips with her (now teenage) son.
